Each year a financial report for the previous fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) is published for review by parishioners. These reports are a condensed summary of the detailed reports that the St. Charles and the St. Joseph-St. Mary Finance Councils, in collaboration with the pastor have reviewed and approved. Sherry Wyse administers and reconciles the finances of both parishes and prepares financial statements. Both finance councils meet quarterly to review finances. The meetings are open to all parishioners. Additional oversight is provided by the Diocese of Grand Rapids who can access and review parish accounting records at any time through a web-based system.
